    Hello there!
    If you have come to this thread, i suppose that you are seeking for some kind of support. We always home that it is not something major, but if it is or not, we are glad that you have come here, because this is the right place to be coming.

    What do you have to do?
    You need to post a new thread explaining what happened to you. You can just click on this link, and post it there.

    What do i type in?
    First of all, we need you to select what type of ticket it this. You can do that by selecting a proper prefix in the drop-down menu right near the "title" field, and to type in the title of your post (ex. "Purchased a key on survival, but did not get it").

    You will also need to include the time, when the incident happened, or in case of donation issue, when you issued the transaction.

    After that , you need to type in your username (the username in minecraft that this ticket it related to), so we will know what username needs to be looked-up for.

    If the ticket it related to Store (purchasing something) you will also need to include the transaction id from PayPall (so we know that you bought those items for real)

    Also select the package you purchased, if the ticket it store-related.

    If the ticket is related to STORE-PURCHASE you can just write something nice into the contect section and post the ticket.

    If the ticket it not related to any payment, you can move on to ticket content.
    You need to copy this text, paste it into your ticket's content field and edit it, suiting your needs.

    Remove the text in brackets:
    example; Text: (remove)
    + What happened: (I got stuck in a nether portal without exit)
    + What service: (Minecraft server/forums/store/...)
        - What server: (Survival)
        - Which world: (Nether)
        - Location: (near a server warp or provide the coordinates)
        - Items lost: (if any, provide them here)
    + Additional information:
    (add your things, if you have any)
